Returns Policy
You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened pods or coils (once used, these cannot be resold for safety reasons).
- Items not purchased directly from Refill & Pods.
Cancellations
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about your refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 3–5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange:
- Email refillnpods@gmail.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
- Return the item to us in its original packaging.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will send a replacement.
Returning Items
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is defective or sent incorrectly.
- For items over £15, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.
- For returns from outside the UK (Europe or elsewhere), shipping costs are non-refundable.
Promotional Items
Promotional items (free or discounted) do not count towards eligibility for further promotions. We reserve the right to cancel orders if promotional offers are misused.
